• 3rd floor Apartment with stair access only.
• Free Street Parking available, or $25 a month for a space in the lot if available.
• Coin Laundry.
• No Smoking, Vaping, Parties or Pets.
• Bus stop directly in front of the building.
• Pictures of Apartment available upon request.
• All Hardwood/Laminate floors, a small balcony, 3-piece bathroom, storage.
