New build (2 years old). It’s a 3 bedroom townhouse. I live alone here, renting out the 2 bedrooms I don’t use. One has a queen bedframe in it, other has a corner desk. You would have your own washroom (house has 3). Shared kitchen/living room/storage room (with small gym). My towncar only fits on the larger half of my garage so if you have a truck or other large vehicle it might not fit insde. On top of fridge and oven/stove the kitchen has a microwave, toaster, blender, air fryer and kettle . Have fiber optic internet and hardwired Cat6 cables to every room, I will pay all utilities.

32 years old, in the army now. Don’t plan on moving from Edmonton. I will be respectful to whoever decides to live with me.
