One Tree Hill is 18 x 3 bedroom apartments in a 2-story complex with secured underground parking on Mamquam Road adjacent to the Uni’s Football Field. Really nice leafy neighbourhood (Pretty snowy here the last 2 winters)

• Bills managed by me for housemate convenience, split equally (I will put internet and hydro in my name, etransfer or cash etc)

• Living room is open plan with lots of space
• In-suite laundry
• Hot water tank (new, 2023)

Im a sporty guy (love and watch hockey) Im also known to enjoy and absolute banger or 20. Tend to keep to myself in my room most of the time (quite focused lately) My special little guy, ginger cat (super clean and funny guy everybody loves him) is my world.

I am currently in here with my little cat and staying so maximum of 5 (if both rooms end up getting taken by couples, have had 5 people living here comfortably before)
