About the room
Fairly new house (2years old) you will get 2 of your owns rooms, one has a bed frame and night stand the other has a corner desk. We would share the kitchen and living room space as well as my storage room/work out room. My garage will fit another vehicle. I have fiber optic internet with hard wired Cat6 to every room. I will pay all the utilities. You get your own washroom with a shower/bath. Each room has a closet as well. I have an extra garage door fob I can give.
About the roomies
Former electrician now in the army. Living by myself here. From Toronto area but plan on staying in Edmonton. I will be a respectful roommate and will accommodate changes that you might want of me. 420 friendly.
