Room is unfurnished but furnishing can be provided if requested ahead of time (may lead to increase in rent depending on amount of furnishing requested). House also has garage and up to 2 parking spots in the driveway.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood in a few minutes walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, public transit line, and restaurants.

Please note that the house will be shared with me (just the common living area and kitchen).

I am a quiet clean young professional working remote. I mainly keep to my room so feel free to use the common living space as you wish.
