House has laundry unit in basement and features a porch leading to the backyard. Room is unfurnished but furnishing can be provided if requested ahead of time (may lead to increase in rent depending on amount of furnishing requested). House also has garage and up to 2 parking spots in the driveway.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood in a few minutes walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, public transit line, and restaurants.

Please note that the house will be shared with me (just the common living area and kitchen).

Both bedrooms are available for $2100 combined.

I am a quiet clean young professional working remote. I mainly keep to my room so feel free to use the common living space as you wish — as long as its not too loud during work hours.
