Bedroom has private washroom for your personal use. The property is situated near major street, highway 427/410. It’s a family friendly quiet neighborhood.

The roomies are between the ages of above 20’s-55. All working either morning/evening shift. Occasionally, cooking meals when time permits but most of the time they’re staying at the comfort of their room.
