• Shared kitchen, shared bathroom***, Central Air, Rogers TV, Rogers Internet & Utilities included
• The kitchen is well equipped, dishwasher, freezer, slow juicer, grill, air frier, vitamix, espresso maker, pots and pans, etc.
• No smoking allowed (that includes weed) and prefer a non-smoker roommate
• No pets (***however please note that you must be a pet lover as dogs will be in the unit occasionally due to occasional dogsitting)
• Street parking nearby however indoor garage parking may become available (extra charge)

I am a 45-year old female of European background on premises. I am a yoga/group fitness instructor and also offer dogsitting occasionally therefore being a dog lover is a must 🐾 💗 I am very chill, friendly, down-to-earth person. I love dogs and nature besides yoga and fitness but also like to chill and watch Netflix, read or meditate. I am fairly tidy and expect the same, but don’t worry, this is not the military :))) Mutual respect and open communication however is important to me.
