Looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom in this well-lit, updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo unit with me. Potential roommate must be clean, respectful, quiet. Ideally another student that will respect the need for quiet study time at home.

The condo is roughly a 12 minute walk to the UofA Hospital and 15-20 minutes to the UofA main campus. There is a Shopper’s Drug mart next door and Safeway grocery store across the street. Easy access to lots of great cafes and restaurants in the Garneau/Whyte area.

The unit comes with laminate flooring, dishwasher, In suite laundry, A/C, a fireplace and a balcony. The appliances are all modern stainless steel. You will have access to your own bathroom/shower! Utilities are all included in the rent, the only extra you will need to pay for is half the cost of internet ($44/mo). The condo is fully furnished and your room is unfurnished but will have space for a double/queen bed and desk.

I am a mature-ish student (24) currently in my first year of medical school. I’m very quiet, a big solitary studier, but also am looking for a roommate who I can get along with too!! I am definitely not a party goer or go out much just with school. In my spare time I usually am working out or going for a run. I also am very clean and have had roommates since I was 18, so very familiar with it.
