Jackie's room

The bedroom is on the main floor of a spacious home and is not furnished although the rest of the house is. The room is 11.5 ft. X 11.25 ft. We are located steps away from UVIC and bus routes in Oak Bay. There is parking for 1 car in the driveway and there is street parking after hours and weekends for visitors.

Rent is $1000/month with utilities. Laundry is in house. We have a spacious front and back yard including veggie garden that you are welcome to play in if you have a green thumb. The backyard is fully fenced.

We would be open to accepting one smaller friendly dog (under 40 lbs.) I have a 7 year old Mexican rescue that has been living with a chocolate Labrador for the last 5 years. The Lab and her owner will be moving out to start the next phase of their life with their partner, but this will leave my dog without a buddy. Looking for a relaxed, quiet dog with no bad habits to keep her company throughout the day. A pet deposit will be required (Sorry, no cats).

The Roommates: We are 2 individuals in our mid 30’s with busy careers/hobbies who appreciate a clean quiet home. We have lived together for the last year or so and get along great. Both of us have busy schedules and are not often home on weekends. When we are, we enjoy the occasional small dinner party or movie night.
