4 bedroom rancher, shared with two professionals in their late 20’s.

Couples okay, small pets okay (with deposit). Must be 420 friendly or comfortable being around it (sunroom only).

Large one level floor plan, 2 main living areas + dining room, kitchen, sunroom, laundry room. Spare bedroom for storage as well as two additional sheds in the yard. Plenty of room for you to bring your own furniture if desired. Private back yard with gazebo and above ground pool.

New washer/dryer, 2 fridges with freezers, dishwasher, gas stove/heating.

Rent is 1400, utilities will be divided depending on whether you are a single tenant or a couple. (Fortis, BC Hydro, Telus internet).

We are two roommates who met through a mutual friend while trying to save money in this crazy rental market. We mostly keep to ourselves but share the space well and cohabitate peacefully.
