Amit's room

I own a very nice one bedroom apartment. The renter can take over my bedroom and I can sleep in the living room on a twin mattress. Bedroom is a queen, very comfortable mattress. Approx. 650 sq ft total space. I am very quiet and busy. Advantage of my apartment is young professional owner you are sharing with, share kitchen (all kitchen stuff there), the condo itself is very nice (not basement apartment), can use fast speed internet, very quiet, easily accessible to bus and other transportation, lots of stuff in the area. Can use amenities; pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym and security presence. If you require parking, can look to rent a space from another owner.

I enjoy playing sports and going to the gym. I am busy building career. I have good values and expect the same from a roomate. I will do background checks and vet any roomate, as my own family has unfortunatley had horror stories. Im indian, 40 yrs young :), born here, well educated, but just need some help on the finances, so could work well for both. I am well liked in the building (even was on the board), so I am very chill and hoping to meet someone that has good values and essentially wants to save money by sharing. It’ll just be two of us. There is a small desk in the bedroom you can use and full wardrobe.
