Greenwich Avenue

The room is a decent size! You can fit a bed and a chair! It has a small area for storage under the stairs. It is unfurnished and the floor is unfinished but it is a great opportunity for a nice rug. We have a big backyard which we plan on filling with a trampoline, pool, bbq, and gardening beds. The street is very quiet and close to many stores. Bus accessible. The bathroom is shared and we value cleanliness and shared chores. The home is older therefore there`s squeaks and cracks but it feels like home. A cozy country grandma’s house vibe right here in the city.

I am a single mom with two kids, 11 and 13, and my best friend also lives with me. We value a quiet, peaceful, honest, and loving environment. We value communication and believe in honest ocmmunication to tackle any challenges. We don’t party but we do love blasting some music and singing our herats out from time to time. My kids are pretty quiet, one stays in their room mostly and the other loves to play cards or watch youtube. Both are respectful and caring. We also have two cats who can sometimes get bursts of energy in the middle of the night but who also love a good sleep on my bed.
