Hello! My current roommate is moving away so I have a room to rent in my beautiful Saint Henri 4 1/2 apartment.

Here’s some details:

• Is fully furnished and equipped on two floors
• 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on two floors (bedrooms are downstairs)
• 5 minute walk to saint Henri metro and 10 minute walk to Atwater market

The apartment is fully furnished with amenities included.

Dates: March - August (end dates negotiable)

Price: $900 and wi-fi i included.

It’s just myself in the apartment and I’d say im pretty easygoing. I work mainly from home through the week and head out on weekends. I keep things pretty clean (in part because I barely cook) so the kitchen’s all yours :)

I’m looking to rent my second room short term because I’m heading back to school in the summer and want to simplify.
