Academy Way

Hi! I am subletting my room on Academy way. It is a den on the fourth floor. It is located right above the corner store and the liquor store, as well as the mutiple food places downstairs. It’s a 5 - 10 minute walk to campus. All the bills are included except for wifi, which would cost you $30 a month on top (shared with the other two roommates). The room and the house is fully furnished.

There are two more rooms in this unit and we don’t yet know who will be renting them right now. If you’d like to move in with a couple of your friends, lemme know. The whole unit goes for $2600. The split we decided on for the two rooms with windows/closet and the den respectively.
