About the room
This fully furnished room is available between January 1 - August 31, 2024 (i.e., term of up to 8 months).
I am looking for a clean and respectful roommate; preferably a co-op/intern or exchange student coming to Vancouver for 4 to 8 months.
The apartment is close to transit with quick access to UBC, Langara, downtown, etc.
Rent includes WiFi, utilities, and in-suite laundry.

About the roomies
I work a full-time 9 am to 5 pm desk job; 3 days of work from home and 2 days at the office. I am clean and organized. I exercise a lot. My mom is the landlord, and she returns in September 2024, so I’m looking for someone who needs short-term accommodation for 4 to 8 months.
