Hi there, I am looking for someone to take over my lease as I am leaving my place at the end of December. Female only, preferably 1 year lease

• Rent is CAD$833 per month all utilities included but wifi at $16.95
• The lease would begin January 1st 2024 & preferably last for a year although
• I can either do a leaser transfer or a sublet agreement (quicker & easier)
• The common areas are furnished but the room will be unfurnished, possibly selling/giving away some small items
• The room has hardwood floors, heat, and a huge closet
• Huge closet
• There is a washer and dryer in unit
• 5 minute walk to the University of Ottawa
• 2 minute walk from Minto Gym
