Diane's room

Great neighborhood, close to beach, shopping ,restaurants, and bus just out front. There is a shared bathroom & a shared laundry room . We can also put to single beds to share the room for $700 each if there are 2 students looking to share a large room.

We are a family of 4, but both are boys are away at school. We rent out the 2 spare rooms in the downstairs of our house to mostly to students. There is also a shared family room with dinette & living area downstairs for your use.
