This suite is huge! A central location, bright, lots of space. Coin-Op laundry, on-site parking for 25/m. Suite is currently empty– the pictures with furniture are from previous tenant.

I’m a 30 y/o single mother to my sweet 3.5 year old son, Sorrel. I’m looking for a roomie to join us in this large 3 bedroom suite. The space is currently unfurnished, as we do not move until Dec 1 (furnishings in pictures are previous tenants). Your move in date is flexible– December 1, 15th or Jan 1. $1200 inclusive. There is potential to reduce rent in exchange for some nanny duties (would likely be 1-2 pickup/drop offs per week from my sons Nature School). About us: Like most people, we moved here from Ontario. And we love it! I will be studying acupuncture starting January. I spend a ridiculous amount of time cooking and cleaning (very excited to get a portable dishwasher for this space). My interests (lately) are functional movement, polyvagul theory (total nerd about this) and plant medicine. Sorrel spends almost 40% of his time with his dad, who lives close by. He also goes to Nature School twice a week. On his days out of nature school, we usually linger around the house for the first couple hours before heading to a beach or mom hang. We like slow mornings and quiet evenings. Hoping for someone who is: -into health and nutrition -a good communicator– willing to bring issues up as they arise -down for deep chats, but also lighthearted and playful -considerate of the needs of fellow housemates (I’m a sensitive lil soul!) -choose to live with intention -would like to have a good connection with both of us -doesn’t use toxic products -values having a cozy, well cared for space -also likes to have a clean kitchen every night! -aware of conscious and gentle parenting We’re hoping to find the perfect fit!
