I have one furnished master bedroom for rent in a two bedroom condo located in the Allard community in South West Edmonton. You will have your own attached bathroom, walk through closet and all utilities + internet + laundry are included and lots of street parking. The only things you will need to bring are your clothes, linens, and your essentials. The condo is brand new and immaculately kept so I am looking for someone who is clean and considerate of others. You will share the entire condo with only one person and there is also a social room and gym onsite.
The condo is two minutes walking distance to a bus stop that takes you to Century Park LRT. 5 minutes drive to Superstore, Sobeys, Shoppers Drug Mart, several banks, restaurants (all accessible by bus) and 10 minutes drive to South Edmonton Common. There is also quick access to Anthony Henday, Gateway Blvd, Calgary Trail, and Edmonton Airport. Proof of income is required for all applications and I may perform criminal check at my discretion. No pets, dogs, cats, smoking, and drugs are allowed.

I would be the only person sharing the condo with you and I am full time working professional, easy going, quiet and clean.
