Peter's room

Your private room is attached to the kitchen. With island counter. I do have a second room available for storage, a closet, or just getting ready in the morning. I have a pantry. And a beautiful, shared living room I would like somebody who is very respectful, extremely quiet, as am I. I am looking to do this to help someone be able to get very inexpensive rent. This is month-to-month unless we make a deal otherwise.

It is just myself and my kitten, we have been at this property for just over a year. Everything in the property is absolutely brand new. The layout is not extremely great but it does do the trick. Everything except groceries is included. Anything else we can work out Through a contract
