My mother is in need of two roommates. Looking for clean respectful tenants who are okay with pets and are quiet and pick up after themselves. Short term or long term available. Females preferred, but exceptions can be made for the right situation. There is a dog living in the house but she’s very friendly and has lived with cats before so cats are welcome too. Credit check required, Proof of income, first and last months rent, as well as a letter of recommendation from a previous landlord.

Rent to be paid on the first of each month. Wifi available for an extra cost

I’m 5’4“, 54 years ol & I have a service dog. Limited mobility, Friendly, Chatty Love gardening and propagating plants. I smoke weed & cigarettes outside.
