This listing is for a 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Mount Pleasant. Perfect for a student! Renting out my extra bedroom for as early as Dec 1. Short term rentals can be available. The room is currently unfurnished, but if the stay is on a shorter term I can certainly supply with the furnishings if needed but there would be an increase in the rent cost. (1200 per month). Rent is limited to the bedroom/kitchen/eating atea and shared bathroom! There is a large table in the eating area if needed for a work space but the living room will be closed off! Let me know if you have any questions, there will only be one other person living here, but I lowered the monthly rent to include no use of the living room! Cheers.

The space would be shared with a mid thirties professional female. (Along with her cat in case you have allergies this may not be the best spot, unfortunately I can’t have any other pets here either) Non drinker/drug user. You would have access to the whole kitchen/eating area/bath/hall space. Tell me about yourself! Utilities/wifi approx 50 per month.
