Looking for 1 female to take over my lease in a furnished (main areas), pet free condo in Sutherland. Preferably students or working professionals. 5 minute walk to the bus stop, 15 min ride away from the University. Close to gas stations, grocery stores, etc. 

Spacious living area, good sized bedrooms, and in house laundry shared laundry. Bathroom with be shared with one other tenant. Rent in $650 a month, with all utilities included. Lease can be extended beyond April if needed.
