Downtown condo near Central Middle School. Private room and mostly a private bathroom (2 bathroom condo but the main bath is the one with a bathtub which sometimes I will want to use). Parking for one vehicle downstairs in underground gated parking. Quiet, chill, older folk building.

Solo working professional with a cat looking for a roomie to rent a room for a cheaper rent on the understanding that when I am travelling, my sweet girl will be taken care of in my absence. I mostly work at my office but occasionally I work from home. I’m an easy going individual that has hobbies such as painting, reading, crocheting. Also active and outgoing so I’m routinely out and about.
