I am looking for a female student to takeover my lease from either December 1 2023 till August 2024 or January 1 till August 2024. This is a 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom unit (other roommate is female). Bedroom and unit is fully furnished. You have your own kitchen and a shared bathroom with 2 sinks. A living room with a couch and tv. Bedroom has a closet, desk with chair, double bed and a tv. The complex has a gym, laundry unit, communal kitchen, and a games room with a pool table, ping pong, PS4 etc. All utilities are included, there is free parking and multiple bus stops around the complex that go straight to the University of Guelph. You are right next to the mall, Shoppers, LCBO and down the road from Mcdonald’s , East Side Mario’s and many more places for food. only a 4-5 minute drive to the university which is great also.
