Hello! Welcome to our inviting two-story home near Finch station. We’re offering a room for rent that’s a perfect fit for those who appreciate the calm of weekdays and the occasional excitement of weekends. The room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a dresser, complemented by a wonderful view of the yard, ensuring a bright and cheerful space. This room benefits from an ensuite bathroom shared with just one other tenant, providing both convenience and privacy. Our home also features two cozy living rooms and a spacious kitchen, which serve as communal spaces for all to enjoy. During the week, we cherish a tranquil atmosphere, and on some weekends, we host lively gatherings that you’re welcome to join if you’re up for some fun. Our location is a real plus – a mere 10-minute walk from Finch station, offering easy access to public transportation and a variety of local amenities.

As for us, we’re four Brazilian guys, ages 21 to 35. We’re all working professionals, so most of our weekdays are occupied with work, contributing to the house’s quiet atmosphere during these times. We focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Each of us contributes to the upkeep of the house with a rotating cleaning schedule, ensuring a clean and orderly home. When we’re not working, the household vibe is dynamic, offering a great mix for anyone interested in a multicultural and engaging living situation
