Hi! I have a room available for rent right near Tillicum Mall.

It would be available Dec 1st, but if you need to move in a few days before, we can definitely work that out as well!

It is cat friendly for 1 cat only, but there is a small dog that is at the suite as well, so please keep that in mind ❤️

It would be the master bedroom that is available, and the utilities would be split 50/50. (Internet, hydro) The room has a sliding door that has access to the patio as well.

It would be partially furnished, with the exception of your room, so you would need to bring your own bed, etc..

Looking for someone long term :)

I am gone for work a lot, and use the other room mostly as an office, so you would have the suite to yourself most of the time :) My dog is 5 years old and small at 23 lbs. she is very cat friendly, and people friendly too! Art of all kinds is welcome! I do lots of art, so the suite will have some neat decor, so always welcome for someone likeminded!
