Private room with private bathroom in a 2 bed/2 bath condo in Garneau, all utilities included with TV and wifi. Shared kitchen, living room, and building amenities (swimming pool, gym, garden with BBQs) There is a great view of downtown from the living room, large balcony, and bedrooms. The apartment is furnished and the bedroom has a king size bed with a brand new mattress, desk and chair, dresser, big closet, and smart tv. You are welcome to personalize the room and in general do whatever you want, as long as you clean up after yourself.

I’m easy-going, positive, and clean up after myself, which is also what I’m looking for in a roommate. I’m considerate and mature, usually busy but am happy to chat if we cross paths in the common areas. I have a full-time job outside the house and often work weird hours, I’m also out of town quite a bit. In my spare time I like to swim, read, and watch movies.
