The room has 5 functional windows so lots of light + fresh air if you want which has been a big plus. Landlord is very helpful and hands on with any needs for the unit. Access to large backyard/driveway. Covered front porch area. Wifi and utilities is included in the listing price. In unit laundry. The room will be unfurnished upon move in date!

Very sad to be leaving but I’ll be moving into a new unit with my partner and I am trying to find a good match for the two lovely ladies that still live here. This is a very safe space for queer people so if that is something you’re looking for then this is definitely the place. Both girls are queer and have queer non binary partners, all of whom are very lovely and welcoming. The girls are very sociable as well but of course respect boundaries and private time. Both are students. Both are very much animal lovers so pets are highly welcome (the cat in the living room photo is coming with me so they’d love another pet in the house). The girls love making friends and will definitely be down to hangout so if you’re new to Toronto this may also be a great fit for you.
