Hey everyone! Looking for a roommate starting January 1st. One furnished room for rent in a (2) bedroom (1) bathroom home (Ground suite) located near Fernwood & Oak Bay (Rockland). The house is cozy, comfortable, and gets sun all day long. Close to shops/bus routes (2,5,8,11,14,15,27,28), quiet street, kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, ensuite washer/dryer, tasteful furniture, lovely landscaped backyard, and ample street parking. Rent is $1,100.00 per month includes heat/AC/lights/internet and a parking for one car. No pets, no smoking. *For students only

About me: I’m 23, and studying Economics at UVic. I’m a quiet and respectful individual from Malaysia. I like to keep things neat and organized. Therefore, hygiene is essential for me. I’m an easy-going person and enjoy hanging out with friends also like to have my own time doing my own stuff.
