Hi! My name is Kali and I’m hoping to rent out my room since I got a new job outside of the city! The room is move in ready as it is furnished with a desk, chair, bed frame, mattress… My 3 other roommates are students at Carleton and Uottawa! Ideal for another student who is clean and in their 20’s! About the house: -House is fully furnished. -Includes 1.5 baths, a spacious kitchen (with 2 fridges, dishwasher), large living room (with a new flat screen tv), and has laundry in the basement. -Located in the Greenboro area. A short bus ride from multiple grocery stores and the South Keys shopping centre. -The rent includes both wifi and utilities as well.
