We’re looking for a female or non-binary non-smoker subletter for our third room and share with 2 respectful females in a BIPOC safe space & LGBTQ+ friendly flat sharing house. One roommate is a polyglot queer BIPOC professional artist and filmmaker who also work in digital audio productions. The other roommate is a bilingual BIPOC international student also working part time.
