I am offering bdrm in my 2 bdrm beautiful apartment. Master bedroom $1000, including hydro and internet (all included)., at fashion district, right at a corner of Bathurst/King.
The reason for this room being offered. My friend is leaving for Spain and its coming back April or May 2024. That is why his room is available. It will be great for someone who wants to stay in the city from Dec. 1st until March 31st or April 30th, because he is planning to come back to Toronto at that time.
We will share kitchen and washroom, and we will each have our own bedrooms. This set-up is not kind of renting a living room, or a den, and counting (or presenting) as a bedroom. This is actual 2 bdrm apartment with 2 full bedrooms. You have your own bedroom (which you can lock), and I have mine.
Laundry is in the building and if you need parking it could get complicated. If you are student electric scoter is best thing ever.

Saying that You will need safety deposit $500, which you will get back if and when you move out, and monthly ($1000), and the room will be ready for you to move in (as you can see on the picks). The room is fully furnished so you are set for that. I supply linens. All you need is your towels. The things that I will ask you to contribute (buy) is hand soap, toilet paper, and kitchen paper towels, but we will talk about that.
