Subletting a basement room one 15-min bus ride away from Western University in a recently-renovated house. Located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with direct bus route access to major shopping centres. Within walking distance to Costco, pharmacies, and various restaurants. Parking is a driveway shared with 2 other cars.

Room is sufficiently spacious and comes partially furnished with a desk, dresser, bedside table, some wall hangings, and a carpet. Other furniture seen in the photos will be removed. There is plenty of spare furniture in the garage such as bed frames and mattresses that can be brought into the room for your use as well. Basement floor has it’s own washroom and kitchen that is shared with only one other person.

Room is available beginning of December to the end of August. After that you will have to sign a new lease with the landlord.

Eight other people live in the house full-time, including the landlord. Most everyone is a sophomore at Western and all but one of them are male. Friendly and easygoing, enjoy going out on weekends, etc. Most of them are from out of town so on holidays/reading weeks they leave to go home.
