Hello everyone I live in a beautiful two bedroom apartment I am looking to rent out the other room for January First 2024, I recently just left a relationship. $900 would be monthly but I am asking for first and last. I will include wi-fi, we are very close to all the grocery stores, tim hortons, gas stations, mcdonalds etc

It’s just me here we have a washer and dryer, I am a working professional I am a young female in my early 20’s looking for someone to do there half of this beautiful apartment. I am the very first person to live here so you would be the second, we have two sinks. The apartment is 80% furnished I have a double bed, frame and chair in the room currently. This apartment is inside a triplex apartment/house building.

This is a basement apartment but doesn’t feel like it the windows are beautiful down here! I will say the main floor tenants do have a dog and I think a child every so often.
