1 bedroom apartment you would get the bedroom and there is a brand NEW bed on the floor which would require blankets and pillows , I would be sleeping on the couch as iam up early and out the door till the evening one entry key to the building which stays with me and automatic suite entry shared kitchen and bathroom.

Iam a middle aged 30 year old working typical job and somewhat quiet and having the odd beer and out for most the weekend
