About the room
Greetings! I’m currently in search of a responsible individual to take over my room in our Côte Saint-Luc apartment near Cavendish Mall as I’m moving out. The location is fantastic – everything you need is within reach: IGA for groceries, a cinema, and even a gym (Econofitness) nearby.
In addition to the convenience, the surrounding area offers parks, a library, and a community center with pools and sports facilities, all just a short walk away. Our high-rise building boasts a modern lobby, elevators, and an indoor pool with a sauna.
The room itself is spacious, measuring approximately 450cm by 310cm (14 sq m) or 15ft by 10ft (150 sq ft), with a walk-in storage and pleasant view of St. Joseph Oratory. Also, reliable internet and all other utilities are included in the price.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the space with my current roommate – a female artist and videographer. There’s also a possibility of a third roommate, a considerate individual who may stay in the living room.
