The only thing shared is the kitchen . I’m the other tenant at the apartment , and I’m only staying at this place on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings so the rest of the week you will be the only tenant here. Your living room area , balcony , bedroom , ensuite bathroom will be your personal space and only used by you.

I’m a 32 year old phone/android programmer. I live in Ancaster and use this property only for sleeping in on Tuesday and Wednesday night. And ill be gone most of Wednesday at my office and then attending sports leagues. I have my own separate bathroom/bedroom/closet so the photos shown above will be your personal space. Any furniture you don’t want in the apartment I can remove it . All the decore can be removed or customized to your liking. When I lived here full time i enjoyed having alot of mood lighting pictured above so I can show you how to change the colors on all the lights in the apartment for whatever the current vibe is.

Only rules I really have is that on Tuesday and Wednesday night , the tv volume is low and kitchen use is limited/just grabbing snacks after 11pm. Also the desk area is outside of my room so after 11pm it would be appreciated if you could finish up your work in that area for the night .
