I am looking for a female-identifying roommate who is tidy, responsible, respectful, and values living in and keeping a clean environment. Must be dependable, honest, and have open communication. Outdoor smoking is okay. No drugs. No parties but respectful guests are welcome. I am a night shift worker (2300 – 0700) on a rotating schedule so it changes weekly. I would like to start with a month-to-month in the beginning and discuss a longer lease if and when we agree it’s a good fit. Rent is $1000/month plus half utilities - internet, hydro, and heat (oil furnace) The damage deposit is $500. The 11x11 foot room is freshly renovated with new paint, and flooring, and has a large (7x2) closet with new functional organizer. There is also 1 off-street parking space. Shared amenities include: The house is furnished and has dishes, cooking appliances, utensils, and cookware available for use. The large kitchen has a dishwasher, double oven, built-in microwave, island with cabinets, and you would have half of all cupboards, pantry, and fridge/freezer space. There is also a built-in office space in the kitchen in case you need office space. One bathroom with half of all cabinet space and in-house laundry. Covered deck and barbeque. Large shed with lots of storage space. Small, fenced yard space with gardening opportunities for those who enjoy gardening. 1 off-street parking spot Great location, close to hiking trails, 10-minute drive to the grocery store, activities, and restaurants.
