Type: Private room in a split unit laneway house Location: 53 Ave Knight Street Room Size: 10’5-10’6ft Available: March 1st Duration: 3 months to 6 months Furnished: The room is not furnished except a desk with a single drawer (not the one in the pictures) and a cabinet with mirror. Rest of the house is fully furnished. Bathroom: Shared with 2 other tenants Laundry: Both the washer and dryer is present inside. Shared Items: Microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee machine and rice cooker (We also have a printer but if you are gonna need it regularly, you are required to split the price for cartridge changes) Utilities: BC Hydro, Fortis BC, WiFi Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Transit: 2-3 min walk for bus 22 and 430, and 7 min walk for 49 Amenities: 4-5 min walk to 7Eleven, Gas Station, Liquor Store, Vape Shop, McDonalds, Subway. 10 min bus travel for Save on Foods. Lots of food places nearby.

More details: The house is 30-45 mins away to Downtown, Burnaby and Richmond by only with 1 bus. There are no noise distractions from the street. We have a small cozy living room with a SmartTV that you can use for Netflix and Youtube. The room is bright and has enough space for a student with an average amount of belongings. All places of the house is covered with LED lights as well.

Process: Firstly, please send us a brief description of yourself. Secondly, we can have a facetime call before we meet, we can show you the room in real time and we can answer your questions and discuss some important details about the home. After this meeting, if we all agree on the same thing, we will give you the exact address for you to come and check the room yourself in person.

About us: We are two girl roommates that are looking for a tenant to sub-rent our third room. We are both Turkish, and we both are students. We all are close friends and we love to keep the friendly atmosphere. It is very important for us to have a good communicating, cooperative roommate that will be helping us with house chores. There is no rules except being a little quiet after 11 PM due to the other tenant which is our neighbour at the connected unit :)
