It’s actually a self contained fully furnished apartment with a separate entrance, safe and secure. All Inclusive: heat, hydro, water, wifi, cable TV & PVR, laundry facilities and room for 1 car. Centrally located near the Kingston Centre. 15 minute walk to Downtown. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a two burner hot plate, microwave, hot air fryer, kettle, toaster, mini-oven (a full size oven is available for use in the main kitchen). Lots, pans, dishes, cutlery, single sink with counter top, kitchen table with 4 chairs and bar fridge (full size fridge and freezer in the basement). There is communal laundry in the basement (detergent included). Bedroom includes: ceiling fan, queen size bed, assortment of pillows, closet, dresser, two bedside tables, lamp and walk-in closet off kitchen for more storage. Living room includes: love seat sofa, end tables, 2 lamps, bookcase, 32“ flatscreen TV with cable and PVR, wine rack and walkout to a huge balcony with 4-piece Patio set and propane BBQ overlooking the back yard and pool. Access to pool and deck .

The house is split into Three units. One on each floor. The owners (gay couple) are on the main floor. There is a gay man in the basement unit and we are looking to rent the upper floor.
