One private locked bedroom in a standalone/separate entrance two bedrooms rental unit, is available to move in on Nov 20, 2023 (another room is a Japanese boy student, you and him will share the same bathroom and kitchen). The room is only for ONE person to occupy.

The rental unit is located in Burnaby’s most safe and convenient community -“Garden Village” area, is very close to Burnaby Metrotown, BCIT and Brentwood Skytrain Stations. You will be at Metrotown or Brentwood Skytrains within 3 minutes by taking Bus #130 or Bus #110 right in front of the house, and then take Bus #144 to SFU Campus within 35 minutes or you may directly go to UBC by taking Bus #25 nearby. Additionally, you’ll be within 1 minute walking distance to BCIT, Walmart, Save on Food, T&T, Fitness Club, Community Centre Swimming Pool, Public Library, Burnaby Hospital and Costco etc. and have quick access to Canada Highway #1.

It is a newly renovated house, at the ground level and have separate entry, fully furnished, bright and clean.

Both bedrooms are pretty large (approximately 150 sqft/each), both have a private lock, a study desk, a chair, a full size/double bed with bed frame and bed mattress (for hygiene reason, you need to bring your own bed cover/sheets, duvets and pillow, which are not included in the rental);

Both rooms will share a full kitchen (a brand-new fully function range/stove/large LG refrigerator, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle etc.);

A dinning room with dinning table and chairs;

A full bathroom (a brand-new toilet and a brand-new glass door shower set);

Full laundry (brand new LG washer in the unit and shared dryer at the front door);

The house has high privacy and is fully fenced.

The rent includes high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, heating and hot water and street parking (conditions apply).
