A Spacious and fully furnished bedroom in a suburban neighborhood is available for rent. The room comes with - in unit washer and dryer, and beautiful kitchen. In addition, all Utilities, Wifi, and access to a beautiful living area are included. The apartment is in a safe community with a great amenities.
No smoking or pets are allowed; however, renters may smoke outside.
The lease is months, after which a year-long lease will be considered. The room is only for ONE OCCUPANT or Couples. You can use the kitchen and dining area for cooking if you keep it clean and tidy after use.
