The house is right on the Iron Horse trail which leads directly to University of Waterloo and both Uptown Waterloo and Downtown Kitchener.

You would be joining Teresa, Alex, Newton, and James. We are not students—we’re building our careers and lives here in KW.

As an openly queer person I’ve felt really safe here. This is a supportive house that embraces the diversity of gender expressions, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, and lifestyles that make up our community.

Our landlords have been fantastic and care about the property. They make sure issues are fixed and that the house is running well.

We are not students; we are building our lives here in Kitchener. We are very community-oriented and are ideally looking for an excellent cultural fit for our home. We are Alex, Teresa, Netwon and James–we enjoy socializing but respect quiet time and everyone’s need for alone time. We sometimes have shared dinners and enjoy various indoor/outdoor activities together and separately!
