Avenue De Lorimier

The house is very large and on two floors. The main floor has the kitchen, one living room, dining room, one smaller bedroom, one bathroom and one office. The basement is bright and spacious and features one large bedroom, one bathroom with washer and dryer and a living space. I am offering one sizable private office, one private bedroom in the basement and dedicated access to the basement’s bathroom.

I am in my mid-30s and I work from home. I love to cook and am generally very quiet during the weekdays but enjoy the city on the weekends. I have a lovely cat who will often flop on her back for belly rubs.
