I have 2 rooms for rent on the main floor of a clean house located in one of the most quiet areas of Sarnia. The house is located on Afton Dr, in the neighbourhood of grocery (Superstore), bus station, plazza, restaurant and 10 minutes walk to Lambton College.

The rent included all utilities and services (Electricity, Heating, Cooling during hot periods, Unlimited and high speed Internet, TV with Netflix). 1 parking spot for the first accepted tenant. Pets are not welcome. Please no room sharing! Do not insist on!!!

Rooms will be available on April 1.

• Main floor rooms : $750 / month. 1 full bathroom for 3 tenants. The tenants have access to on site free laundry and a furnished kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, plates, glasses, spoons, forks…). Looking for responsible and mature tenants in complaince with the living standards of the clean and quiet neighbourhood.
