Rachel's room

Looking to rent my room in this beautiful duplex home from January 15th to March 1 (or 15th) I am travelling and will be returning March 1 but could extend to March 15th for the right fit.

The room is spacious with a queen bed, small sofa for lounging and a stunning full city view of downtown Vancouver! The bathroom is across the hall and is shared by the other tenant on the same floor. There is a living area with a TV that is available to be used. Upstairs there is a second living room, second bathroom, dining room and kitchen that is all communal.

The neighborhood is excellent, with or without a vehicle! Everything you need is within walking distance between 5-15 mins. Seabus to downtown is 15 min walk. Tons of restaurants, breweries, and bars, a couple grocery stores, gym, etc all a short walk away. It is a quiet street with no traffic noise and polite, friendly neighbours.

The current tenants are two males in their mid twenties. They are both wonderful roommates and are considerate, clear, easy going and respectful! They enjoy being social and having fun but also respect privacy and downtime. They are excellent roommates! :)
