• No pets permitted and must be ok with 2 super friendly large dogs (Bernese Mountain Dog and Golden Retriever) that you will fall in love with them before you leave. You will see them outside - they will not be coming into your suite
• Suitable for 2 Students or 2 working professionals.
• No Smoking, No vaping, No smoking of any kind on the property. Above ground unit with separate entrance and lots of light.
• Nice and quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, restaurants, shopping, RRU, JDF Rec Centre and there is even a bus stop outside the front door.
• $2,500. per month for the 2 Bedroom Suite or $1,250.00 per month per room
