Hey there! I just built a brand new home in West Edmonton (Edgemont neighbourhood). It’s 3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms. I am 29, male, and have a solid career in commercial real estate development. Looking for an easy going roommate (preferably a female as I’ve lived with messy guys before..) You’ll have your own bathroom and parking spot in the garage if you drive. My home is brand new, and modern/open concept with bright colours. Your room also has brand new roller shade window coverings on all of the windows, but otherwise your room is unfurnished (if you need a furnished bedroom, let me know, we can work on that) Otherwise the rest of the house is furnished. The basement is undeveloped, so there is plenty of storage if you need it. Will be installing air conditioning this summer and a garage heater as well so your car will stay nice and warm in the winter! :)

I’m pretty easy going and hard working, and I’ve never had any problems getting along with anybody, so I’m sure we will get along just fine!
